Probate Division supervision per Kansas statute.

visits are based on time and out of pocket expenses.

Executor
of Estates |
CornerBank
is available to serve as an executor or administrator
of estates, as well as the alternate executor
in case a family member is named first. We also may assist
as agent when a family member is named. CornerBank is bonded,
impartial and experienced in handling executor duties and
will work with the individual or family and their attorney
in establishing and administering their estate plan. As
executor of the estate CornerBank will:
- Probate
the will and receive appointment.
- Administer
payment of final expenses and claims on the estate and
assets.
- Distribute
assets per court order.

Agency Accounts |
CornerBank
will serve as Investment Agent for individuals, trustees,
executors or other entities.
Agency
Agreement - An agency agreement provides you with
the option to direct investments or to have CornerBank
handle the investments. An agency agreement is available
through our Asset Management Division and services are
provided with an executed agency agreement. An Investment
Agency Account offers:

and Safekeeping of assets.

paying and collection of income.
