Debit Card – Lost or stolen?
If your card is lost or stolen during business hours, please contact your local branch, or call 620.221.1650 or toll-free 800.408.9273.
If your card is lost or stolen after business hours and you would like to cancel the card immediately, online banking customers can login to the Online Banking and immediately disable your card, otherwise please call 620.221.0974 or 800.408.9324 and choose option 7. This will allow you to deactivate the card. You will need your account number and social security number.
Please note a new card fee of $6 may apply.
